A Hot day in banwern. Thanks to murry coaches for the bus journey down. The boys played two 20 minute quarters and then played a full 40 minute half. Half time and the boys are 17-0 down
First half full of action as we put up a good fight in attack and defence but banwern were stronger in the first half. 2nd half is where the boys woke up and started playing good rugby . Scoring two try’s being both converted put us in fighting distance to win. The score stands as 17-14 to the home side. The comeback is on! Banwern 15 and brad south sent off for scuffling . 14vs14 . Hot and tough next couple minutes as one of banwerns players get a yellow for back chatting, at this point the referee has had enough! Banwern go other the line shortly after the incident witch is converted that makes it 24-14. This turns out to be the final score, Thank you to Banwern RFC and good-luck for the rest of the season.
